Remembering Captain Matthew J. Tomkiewicz

Captain Matthew J. Tomkiewicz was more than a Marine. He was a husband, a son, a brother and an extraordinary dog-dad. Matthew tragically passed away following an Osprey accident during NATO training in Bodo, Norway.

The Tomkiewicz family wishes to continue honoring Matthew's legacy through the Captain Matthew J. Tomkiewicz Scholarship Endowment in

partnership with Purdue University. 

 

As a family, we could not think of a better way to honor Matt than to combine his passion for aviation with his love for Purdue University.  May his service to this country and his witty disposition be remembered and serve as an inspiration for future Boilermaker aviators!
